    What is the WFP strategy? Endorse all imcumbants because they fear damaging their relationship to power?
    Endorse Democratic Party Hacks/thugs like Vito Lopez and Clarence Norman supported candidates? Deliberatly weeken your members votes to endorse Ferrer?
